Who is Boundaryless?

Boundaryless helps organizations design and build platforms that mobilize ecosystems through the Platform Design Toolkit (PDT) and the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Enabling Organization (3EO):

• PDT is the original design method, first released in 2013, to build multi-sided, transformative platform-strategies to empower ecosystems in creating shared value. 
• 3EO is a framework to enable emerging organizational models based on entrepreneurship and self-management, inspired by Haier’s Rendanheyi and other pioneering ways of organizing.

What is the Boundaryless community?

The Boundaryless community is a space for learning and exchanging questions, thoughts and ideas about the future of organizing.

A space to participate to Boundaryless community projects, research and development.

By accessing it, you are joining a living system of energy, relationships and insights growing through the collective experience of participants from multiple organizations, industries and geographies, all based on the Open Source methodologies that Boundaryless create for maximum reach and access.
